I was looking forward to trying this particular vibrator - I had something built along similar lines a few years ago, and I was looking forward to trying something with a bit more variety. (And something that wasn’t shaped like a hamster…sex toys shaped like animals kind of freak me out. But I wasn’t as impressed as I hoped I would be.

The Luv Touch Flexa Pleasure has a great design - its essentially a bullet vibrator on the end of a bendable stick which holds the control panel (one button) and the batteries. Now, this is an excellent design - it can be held in a way that doesn’t put stress on your hand, and since it bends, it can work with a variety of body shapes.  Its also excellent for standing, which is good, since the Luv Touch can be used in water - I tried it in the shower. I found that I can curve it in such a way that the vibrating part nestles right up against my clit and the handle gets wedged between my legs, s I have my hands free to, uh, wash my hair. Yeah.

However, while the vibrations are nice, none of them were really strong enough to do much for me. There are also 10 different vibration settings, which I personally think is a bit much for a sex toy - especially as they aren’t easy to cycle through. There is one button that controls everything. It turns the toy on, and then each press send the toy to the next vibration style in its repitoire.

Now, there are ten different setting. I’ve had toys with one button and multiple settings before, but the settings usually number in the 3 or 5 variety range, so if you miss the one you want, you can get back to it quickly. I like that. With the Flexa Pleasure, you have to cycle through ALL TEN to get to the one you want. You also have to cycle through all of them to turn the thing off, which is a pain in the ass, especially if you have to turn it off quick. (I live with family. Easy on and off is a big feature for me.) Though there was one pattern I quite liked - it was a steady vibration that went from the lowest strength slowly up to the highest and then back down to the lowest, and so on. I quite enjoyed that one - though its hard to recognize at first.  I always cycle past it. I *think* its number five.

Now, I’m not saying its a bad toy. If you like relatively gentle vibrations (and they are fairly gentle - this isn’t Wendy-Queen of the Lawn Mower vibes talking here - I DO use regular strength vibe from time to time!) this is an excellent choice.
