I must admit – vibrating cock rings have never impressed me. I’ve tried a few in the past, but they were pretty cheap vibrator knock offs (like that horrible Trojan vibrating cockring – boy did that thing suck balls!), but the Wave Rider looked appealing to me when I saw it was up for review, and I do love vibrators during sex, so I figured I’d give it a go around.

The cock ring is made of a stretchy rubber material, which stretches far enough to fit around even the most massive cock and balls. In front of the loop that the vibrator goes through is a little fin that is molded to kind of look like a sea shell; this is the side that faces the woman and is supposed to transmit vibrations to the clitoris.

The vibrator itself is your basic slimline bullet, and runs on three watch batteries (which came with it, which is a HUGE plus, IMO). It packed more punch than I thought it would! However, I found it hard to get that vibrating power going during sex. Unlike an actual bullet vibrator, this is attached to a cock ring, which I can’t really adjust during penetration.

First, Anon and I tried the Wave Rider with me on top. I could sort of feel the vibrations, but I there wasn’t a position I found where I could sustain them in any way that worked for me.

When we tried it with Anon on top fucking me, things worked out much better. We were lined up in a way that allowed for more direct contact with the vibrating portion of the ring.

Over all, it was a fun little toy. Not my favourite thing ever, but not bad either. It was fun and arousing, but it was more of a tease than something that would get me off.  But I do think I’ll be using it again! :)
