The Sisters of Mercy

You aren’t allowed to be goth if you don’t know the Sisters of Mercy. Its in the rules, and on all the goth tests.

Honestly?I only know this song, and No Time to Cry.

I’m sure I’d like their other songs. I’ll get around to listening to them one day.

But this song is bitching, and the full 10 minute version is awesome.

This song is referenced in Voltaire’s  book, “What is Goth?” in its chapter on how to dance like a goth.

“Punch the halfling, punch the halfling, grab it by the ears, and knee it in the face. Turn. Punch the hobbit, Punch the hobbit, grab it by the ears, knee that fat little hobbit in the face. Sing ‘Give Me the Ring’.
