Poem for a Girl
By Wendy | August 20, 2007
Ah my dear lady, my oblivious darling, my sweetest dream…you drive me
Near madness, unknowingly, so unknowingly! How enticing you are, so close to me, yet
Not reachable. It would be so easy to stretch out my hand and touch, caress the
Apple of your cheek, smooth skin under my fingertips, to skim them through the silk of your hair
Breast to breast, feeling the drum of your heart so close to mine, how simple it would be with my
Eyes lost in yours, how easy it seems to simply lay
Lip up on lip, and let you steal my breath away, as you already do, so carelessly
